    We offer seminars and talks to groups of all sizes on burnout prevention and intentional rest. We also do follow-up talks/workshops and small group or individual coaching based on your organization’s needs.

  • Rest Coaching or Sabbatical Planning

    Individual Coaching

    Design a personalized intentional rest framework to help prevent burnout, restore balance, or navigate a sabbatical or work transition.

    Start with an introductory package of three 50-minute sessions. After your first paid session, you have 14 days to decide if the package feels right. If not, we’ll provide a full refund—no questions asked.
