Individual Coaching
Design a personalized intentional rest framework to help prevent burnout, restore balance, or navigate a sabbatical or work transition.
Start with an introductory package of three 50-minute sessions. After your first paid session, you have 14 days to decide if the package feels right. If not, we’ll provide a full refund, no questions asked.
