About Jessica Hsieh
Hi, I’m Jessica, founder of Meaningful Rest. I’m here to help working professionals design and implement their own frameworks for intentional rest so they can show up as their best selves.
I’ve worked for decades in highly demanding work environments (Microsoft and Amazon) and have found intentional rest to be key to sustaining high performance and innovation.
A few years ago, I took an unpaid sabbatical after a particularly stressful season. Ironically, a major career accomplishment brought me to the brink of burnout. I intentionally thought of what I wanted and tailored a sabbatical plan that fits my needs. As a result, I experienced profound rest that carried me through some even tougher times ahead.
Having experienced the transformative power of rest, I’m passionate about helping professionals who are tired, burned out, in transition or taking a break.
